Face and voice of first communications with applicants, nonprofits, and current and future clients through individual meetings and inquiries via Salesforce.

 

Post Firespring’s B Corp recognition, acted as matchmaker between team members and volunteer opportunities within the Lincoln community.

Facilitated community outreach between team members and local nonprofits by introducing them to one another via personal testimony or summary of nonprofit’s needs.

 

Administered tracking of volunteer efforts.

Acted as Event Coordinator for Firespring's rental space. From sign-up to post event 

clean-up, was the facility's guru for questions and requests.

 

When hiring new team members, met with managers for a “Kick Off” meeting, i.e., refresher course on the hiring process, discussion of what was needed to fill said position, and discussion of compensation and benefits.

Attended various career fairs and/or informational booths for Nebraska universities and applicable organizations.

For three Halloween seasons,

2014 - 2016, I organized Firespring's involvement with Lincoln's largest Halloween event and the Zoo's biggest annual fundraiser. Not only acted as liaison between the Zoo staff and my team members, but also helped conceptualize the theme of our booth as well as recruit and schedule the volunteers for the five nights of trick-or-treating.

Nebraska Community Blood Bank

Acted as coordinator for all blood drives and special events. Not only recruited new donors, but also scheduled veteran volunteers and reminded them of their commitment the day of said drives.
